Is quay still commited to Bama? He's called UF his dream school. While I like hearing that, those dreams have rarely come to fruition lately.

Coynis Miller says the visit will have to be the best time he's EVER had for him to switch from auburn.

Thank you Minnesota. I will keep checking back. I use this list almost every other day.
Walker is still committed. He is trying to hold the door open if he wants it. Nobody is sure he wants it though.

Do we still have the Gator Getters? Back (way back...) when I was a student they looked pretty persuasive:devil:

This is always the time of year when things look the Worst for the Gators.

With Muschamp, signing day rarely saw many moves to the Gators.

With Mac that changed and more than once more than one player switched and a very few left.

We have no history with Mullen other than the early signing period, but we know for sure given the very limited number of quality players left are Early Signing, that the $$$$$ and the New Cars are rolling towards the few remaining in large quantities (a Buick for you and a Jag for your dad if you sign with us!).

I never understood how Mac had these flips on signing day. I mean, I'm glad he did, but wouldn't have guessed that's how we'd get some of our most highly rated players.

Disturbing that we can’t get Barnes and King Rich to visit again, when both were leans to UF. We need OL in the worst way. Had one signee remaining from last years class and one transfer in Delance Hevesy has to do a better job here. Has to be able to develop relationships with young black kids. If he can’t even secure visits, he will poison our future success

You do realize that because a visit isn't scheduled yet does not mean it won't be set up as we move forward

2/2 going to be a party!

I'll be surprised if we close super strong. But picking up a couple who had prior relationships with the staff and a couple more who love UF will be good.

Transition year magic is so rare.

It's the incredible competition for the 20% or so of all top prospects who remain unsigned that will make it more and more difficult for new coaches to sign good or even decent classes. It's always been rare, I mean Urban Meyer, recruiter par excellence only had 5 kids in his first class that ever played in the Gator 2-deep. But now it's become far more difficult because those teams that only need to sign a few can put all of their effort on one or two key players, meaning that those who need several (like FSU and UF this year), are at a substantial disadvantage. About the only way to alter this is to offer more $$$$ or better Cars than other schools offer top prospects. That has never been a Gator strong point.

Like many other programs, you don't always get everyone you want (except if you're Bama and can buy them, and yeah, yeah Bama fans, whatever... everybody knows you buy all those top recruits every year), but I for one expect we'll finish just inside the top 10 or 11 with, and with the offensive recruits we're getting, we should have the chance to truly upgrade our offense next season.

Just me, but just bare bones necessity I'd like to see us get at least 2 more OL, a DT, DE, and another CB, WR and LB. That's not really a tall order to expect imo, as long as they're solid prospects.

Oline is the key to our improvement. We have the skill positions fairly well covered but there is still a question mark for the oline. We need a couple more really good ones.

I have heard UF has 11-12 offensive linemen returning for 2018. AFTER 2108 UF HAS ONLY SEVEN OLs RETURNING FOR 2019. Here are the returnees for 2019, assuming UF doesn't lose any to the NFL: If I'm missing any schloarshio OLs please correct me.

This situation is not good, not good at all. UF IS IN DIRE NEED OF OL SIGNEES THIS YEAR!!!

Yes, we need good to great QBs, but if we don't sign more OLs this year Mullen will be in basically the same situation next year that Mac was in his first season here. I didn't realize what the OL situation was until I looked it up.

Brett Heggie was only a soph this year, and McCoy should return next year too.

I think Barnes is most likely. Npf to Ohio State and last week king rich was auburn. Now he's Clemson? I'd love to sneak Barnes and gouraige into our class.
