I am only able to receive my VIP letters. Since you are able to send me VIP letters I don’t understand why I can’t receive the daily letters. I have repeatedly asked for help but nothing happens. Does anybody have any suggestions why this is happening?
It looks like a technical issue with our email provider. They are looking into it and will get back to me. It affects all subscribers not just you FYI. Thanks for the heads up, Ray
