Before the 1970 AFC Divisional playoff in Oakland, a Miami Dolphins player found that an Oakland playbook and game plan in the locker room. Don Shula refused to take it or look at it.

Why does Ga. cheat? For the same reason dawgs lick themselves: Because they can.

"Dunbar reported that his game day notebook, wallet, iPad, passport, sunglasses, reading glasses and $1,320 were inside the bag."

    Who carries around $1,300??

Alabama assistants, that's who. Nothing fishy going on there.

UGA cheating against Bama was payback for then ex-UGA head coach Wally Butts giving UGA practice info to Bama head coach Bear Bryant before their regular season game back in the 60s. There was a court trial (I don't remember on what grounds) but plaintiff UGA lost the case. The Bear was hard to beat on the field and off.

I think you guys aren’t looking at the big picture. Maybe Saban had the assistant leave that bag behind on purpose. And to make it look like an accident they left 2 phones and $1300 in cash in the bag. This would not explain them being down at the half but would def be a great stunt.

And can you just imagine how much cash is in the backpack of a Bama player?

I'd imagine if I was traveling and made $275,000/year this wouldn't be unimaginable. Who knows when you might need cash if you get in a weird situation while trying to manage 85 20 year olds at a National Championship game. Probably spent quite a bit celebrating with his family afterwards too.

The only reason to have that much cash in this day and age is to not leave a paper trail of where your money went.

lol, you wear one of these to watch the NC game as well? I like to carry a few hundred in cash at least when I go to Daytona Beach or something for the weekend. Hell, can't even go to Satchel's pizza in town with a credit card.

Ok. Not sure what conspiracy you think I'm floating here?

But I can tell you I make more than he does, and I never carry around more than a few hundred dollars. We are talking significantly more than that amount. In a backpack. At a team meeting. That he left unattended. That's not normal.
