Bobby Dazzler is a song by “First Class“ back in the day. Very underrated song actually.
Not First Class top song though . Can anybody remember their top hit?

Was it Desmond Watson that was abusing hin in the video? It wouldn't play for me, but if it was Watson then I'm ok with that because hes a BIG ASS NOSE TACKLE that we hope commits tonus and abuses other teams Olineman too. Now if he was getting abused by a relative unknown Dlineman then that would be troubling.

DW was one of them. Like 90% of HS OL, Slaughter is just going to have to significantly develop his strength and technique over his first 24 months on campus to have success against big, athletic DL. Not too concerned about the vid, as I'm sure that camp was light years from what he sees on Trinity's schedule.

It's a bit concerning but then remember the DL has the advantage since it's just go full throttle at the cone (im spinni g this lol)

Under commits on the other sites I see a George Jackson is no longer listed. I haven’t heard he left the class but maybe he Did and slaughter took his spot.

That video is BRUTAL but I put next to no stock in a drill like this where there's a) no pads and b) no threat of a read or a back or a pass, etc.

He'll be a quality lineman by his soph year. Just needs to get coached up.

EdJe0KaXkAA8Bup.jpeg.jpg I say keep him in the class. The kid has some serious size. Pictured above with other lineman, he makes them look small. Not to mention he has been one of the longest committed kids in this class. I remember when we got Trenton brown, basically had nothing going for him but his enormous size, at first but was able to put it together enough to become one of the NFL's top paid lineman. Trust the process...

True. DL with the advantage. The kid is what he is at this point. Good news is that most OL's on the better side of the distribution are made up of kids just like this.

If it took only 4 & 5 star guys who can play effectively as Fr/RFr to have a good OL, there would be 115+ FBS offenses that would barely function.

A program won't go bust taking 4-6 guys like this each cycle, but you better build that consistent pipeline into the recruiting plan. You get killed when you sign only 2-3 one year, create holes, and are inevitably stuck starting such guys as RFr.

He had offers from Florida, Florida State, Miami and Auburn. Normally, I'd call it a reach if you were battling FIU, UCF and Memphis, but all three FL schools offered and had Auburn with an offer.

Seriously, F*** what the recruiting services say.

That’s a good get right?? I could be wrong but I always thought it’s rare to see a center rated any higher than a 4* or is that incorrect ? And I’m always a big believer in getting kids that actually play a position like center instead of trying to convert someone.

If they are looking at him as a C, then it's a much better pickup than initially might have thought. Very good get in that case.

This kid reminds me a little bit of Tyler Jordan who I honestly thought would be better than he was at Florida but he was still a big contributor. In Savage's program being a smart kid, he has a chance to become a very good center. It is true that tape is rough, but I still like the pick up
