Didn’t have to see who posted this to know
One day the University of Florida will cease to exist. Such a sad day coming.
The bright side is that it takes talent to lose talent.
well when the University of Florida does cease to exist, I will be death and gone and will leave this earth as a proud gator. What is the big deal? Look at these other posts, people are saying appleby will replace others and others have mentioned KB and Lewis leaving but to some that is not negative. But because I said what everybody is talking about it is negative. I didn't say, winter is coming. We will lose a lot of talent. I am glad White is preparing for that. But game one is right. Great teams lose great talent but recruit great talent. Maybe this is the start of that.
I think you’re smart enough to realize you left troll bait out there. “Boy are we going to lose a lot of talent next year” as your entire post was both pretty vague and off topic.
I’m starting to wonder if this is schtick!
Thanks for linking that. Great interview...and kudos to Katz for doing the leg work to be reasonably informed.
If for no other reason, we are fortunate to have CMW based solely on how he represents the university.
What is vague about a statement that is obvious? We will lose a lot of talent next year but it looks like White knows this and is working on this. I want us to be like Ky and Duke and not rebuild but reload
If you’re wanting us to grab top 25 rated players exclusively I’ll save you the suspense and say that’s never going to happen. Not as long as we’re playing by the rules.
Or maybe, just maybe, actually enjoy this upcoming season.
Duruji going to be really really good in 20/21. He's a pro
If he can be better than keyontae, then we will stay a tough team. Keyontae is both a rebounder and scorer due to being very physical. To be a good front court player in the SEC you better get as strong as you can. I hope you are right.
and its hard to get top talent because of the poor camera angles on tv.
Well played, Sir.
I bet we'll all lose a lot of weight next year.
Well the basketball team already has
Agree. This is what drives me up the wall. Many gator fans on the football side will complain about no talent, then complain when we have juniors talented enough to go to the NFL. Like you can't have it both ways. If you have talent, you will have early attrition to the NBA, MLB and NFL. If you don't, it means you're not recruiting that type of talent.
Yep. And recruits are paying attention to that. It's hard to resist a place that's known as a pipeline to the professional leagues.
This upcoming roster looks like a perfect mix.
Lewis appears a one-and-done, whereas guys like AN, Tre and KJ are likely early departures but after a couple years.
And then there are program guys like Locke, and veterans like Bassett and he GT, Blackshear.
