I remember when Sharif Floyd was drafted and he bought a custom Porsche and paid a couple hundred thousand. I wonder how long he kept that car.
Guessing that's a strategic marketing move. Cater to a few more Midwestern fan bases and pique their interest a bit more.
I’m sorry, bobby. Thought I was on the other thread that used the same pic without the context. Your post is how I knew what it was.
I feel like something that isn’t mentioned enough is how much better the middle of the SEC is now compared to 00s and before. I really feel like back in the day, this player would be on a top team.
There is a list of the top 25 teams with the most players currently in the NFL and 11 of those teams are in the SEC. That means at least 69% of the SEC conference has a lot of NFL level talent. All conferences are top heavy but the SEC's top and mid are ridiculous. The closest conference was the Big 10 with 5 schools.
Help for Harris. Expect a wave as NCAA lifting cap on on field coaches and/or on field participation by analysts.
Mid Majors are getting pillaged for players and assistant coaches, really reducing the quality of those leauges and teams. Another manifestation of all the changes. I think we will see several of these programs start to drop out.
I don’t know. These mid majors have never had aspirations of playoffs or national championships. They aren’t the ones spending big money on recruiting and paying players. It is true, by their staffs are getting pillaged, but I would think these staff from the 30 teams actually trying to win national championships would supply them with head coaches and Coordinators that have experience. It’s possible that these teams just keep doing what they’ve been doing for the last 50 years.
Don't know much about him except two sites having rated as a three-star. One site has him predicted to go to Penn State.
