False. The shortcomings we me have on offense is way overblown. Like the post you responded to. And it’s not what is keeping us from signing an elite wr. The perception that BN is on the seat is fair… and certainly apart of it.
I didn't say it would dismiss him...I said at this juncture those guys appeared ahead. Hart and Grubbs are 6-5/6-6, Griffin is 6-3 225. All have great arms and production, early list have all 3 top 10 nationally. Lots of football to be played next 2 years...see how it shakes out. I'm only saying those guys are ahead in my book (and every rating service)
I don’t think UF’s NIL is up to snuff. The school has money, but I don’t think the NIL bags are good enough to get everyone the fans want. Take a poll of all the posters on here and I bet less than 10% donate to the collective, yet 90% will complain about not spending. The boosters can’t do all the heavy lifting, fans need to do their part.
Great to see Grenard having such a great season, but then interesting just like every other gator player doesn’t call out his college. And then I hear Perryman from Miami call out to you and then the next guy calls out LSU. A poster recently said everybody calls after high school and some do and I think that is really neat but I’ve noticed not many Florida players call out their college. maybe not a big deal but Still would be nice
So a guy like Trey Wilson goes full superstar in the first quarter of a few games and doesn’t see the field for two more quarters. Pearsall was obviously our best receiver and there were games he wasn’t used at all…these superstar receivers absolutely won’t buy in to somebody calling running back screens and behind the line passes when LSUs offense is throwing bombs all day long. You can say it wasn’t that bad but those guys…none of them..are buying that. I can assure you if Spurrier were running the offense you’d get whoever you wanted with minimal NIL for some guys who just wanted to be coached up and run one in from 80 yards…
You and I know you’re spot on but you’re way too honest. He’ll never ever agree with you. I have O/B glasses on way too much but I’m blunt, boy looky here that don’t work. There is a reason we aren’t attracting major attention even though we signed the best qb in the country.
Richie going to FSU hurts. He wanted a NIL raise and UF said no. Now he can tell all the UF players how much more FSU paid, what a great family environment it is, …. Not going to play well. Richie going to FSU is disloyal and UF fans won’t support him in the future.
If the nature of our offense is what’s keeping top receivers from coming to UF, why would the high school POY and stud 5-star QB choose to come here?
