That’s crazy. He’s always had a decent team. What do they think Iowa football will look like without him?
Tough to see Iowa getting someone who can improve or sustain the program from a W/L perspective. However 20+ years is a long time at a place. If he can't change with the times and recognize where his players and former players are coming from, it's doomed to rot from within. Sounds like he thought all he had to do is give the veneer of caring about the race perceptions in the program and that would be enough.
