    He was fired in 2018 from Tech and went straight to the Cardinals. Never coached at USCw. Houston and A&M prior to Tech. Played at Tech too.

    So no Henderson either I guess?

    Spencer seems like a solid hire on paper but can’t say I’m not disappointed that Napier couldn’t get the top guys he was targeting.

    It’s not that he couldn’t get him but Billy can only wait for so long. We need our staff in place now and god only knows how long the Rams will be in the playoffs

    Yep. Rumor is that Henderson also getting some calls from potential new hire nfl coaches looking to put together a staff and guaging his interest in a DC job within the nfl.

    Kingsbury was hired by USC as their new offensive coordinator in December 2018.[44] In January 2019, reports surfaced that Kingsbury was a candidate to interview for the New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals head coaching jobs.[45] USC athletic director Lynn Swann blocked requests from NFL teams to interview Kingsbury because he already signed the contractual agreement. One month into being USC’s offensive coordinator, Kingsbury resigned from the position, leading to decommittments from his recruits.[45][46] Kingsbury would be subsequently replaced by fellow Texas Tech Red Raiders QB, Graham Harrell.

    I think he’s talking about the new defensive line hire that had coached at Penn State. I think Valentino played for him when he was at PSU.
