Banning agents would be a start. Most of them will be constantly telling their clients to enter the transfer portal (to increase their 15-20% commissions).
give it time, it’ll sort itself out. I think in a few years a lot of these NIL deals for kids will slow due to lack of return of investment.
Honestly, the greed and harm this will do is turning me off to college sports. I've been a huge Gator fan since the early 60's, but what is happening is a total mess.
I disagree, the "greed" currents always shift faster than "things working themselves out". Sounds like a small forward or 2 guard at 6'5.5". He is the highest rated player in TN because his is probably the most athletic. He will get crushed in D1 ball.
Here is how it gonna work my homies - I used to sell "Pumps" in Lousy-anna to them plants on da big river. So we roll up to DOW Chemical to close a LARGE PUMP deal. Talkin millions o dollars worth. We was escorted into a conference room. We noticed that several of our "comp" was also there, in different conference rooms. The "BUYERS" / aka Purchisin Agents went to us (and them) and there were 3 other competitors: OK gator head your "comp just "beat you by 500K meet it, beat it or get ur ass up and leave.................... so we "beat it"........thirty minutes later, DOW comes back and says, you a half million HIGH now gator head, what U gonna do? meet it or beat it or get da hell out. We LEFT after the third round. THAT is the NEW reality of "crutin" in the good ole U S or A ..........deal with it!
