Man that music and the way they run out feels like it's straight out of the leather helmet era. It looks like it should be a black and white video with Walter Weatherbottom 5'11'' 165 lb MLB running out and giving a shout out to his main squeeze and his Chi Phi quartet, not Teddy Bruski and Ray Lewis.
If a QB is constantly throwing INTs and missing open WRs, it's not happening. The idea however was, will our OC have the routes installed. We'll see. If it turns out he's just calling Napier's plays, who knows.
That was mandatory viewing every holiday season when I was a kid....you can google the Spurrier year, Youngblood year, probably every year.
Sounds like indentured servitude. I suppose we'll see collectives paying off collectives to buy the servitude.
Probably why we have so few recruits and waiting till the end. Paying for that is bs , especially when they can take the cash and flip. Id have a hard time giving my cash to a flip that already fleeced another program in that way. It speaks to their integrity. Im all for getting what you can get but if make an agreement, you look a man in the face, shake his hand and take the cash, youre stealing if you break that.
guys are committing elsewhere and very few end up flipping percentage wise. I bet the total number of actual flips last year was less than 20%. I don’t buy this as an excuse for the poor recruiting. I really think guys are unsure about Billy’s future. If he doesn’t do well in that four game stretch starting with LSU it’s curtains. I know I’ll get bacon for this but sometimes you have to look at things without orange and blue glasses. I still hope he goes 4-0 in that stretch but I’m just not sure it’s realistic. 3-1 he can probably survive but 2-2, probably not. I love lagway and think Billy has done a good job increasing talent level but college football is unforgiving in the SEC.
