There are plenty of decent QBs completing passes to WRs. It's a ridiculous idea that to have an above average passing game a team needs has to have an elite QB.

If your qb is selected by the nfl, hes good enough to get the ball to college receivers. Most teams would love to have Will Howard. Hes much better than what weve mostly had since Tebow
