Yeah, you don’t need a license for a firearm, but you can’t carry one while you’re committing a felony.

If they can get the felony drug charge lowered, I’d think that would wipe out the gun charge. If both of those stick, I think his days at UF are numbered.

*Just saw it was creatine. If that’s true, he should be fine. Nobody cares about a little ganja.

Keystone cops could be involved. I was almost shot by barney fife for a redfish one time.

 

Some wildlife agents definitely think 1 redfish is worth two humans, lol.

 

His superior congratulated me and my kid for our fish but the dipshit was going to shoot us because we crossed some private property and we had guns in the truckj. He just freaked out.

 

Most I’ve come across are pretty cool headed and don’t mind guns at all. Always one though…

Viet nam tag and multiple guns in the car. My buddy is kinda scary lookin and the kid was early twenties. He got spooked. We were secluded

 

Part of the job, better get used to it. I love watching the tx game warden show. Those dudes are fantastic at not escalating and de-escalating sketchy situations. They don’t play around, but they don’t make things worse either, like a lot of street cops. Those wildlife guys up North are whackadoodles. Do not mess with the moose, they’re worth about 20 humans each. The LA guys seem to do too much staged stuff to me.

 

Lol... it's really not as funny as some people think. The charges can be reduced by the AG to misdemeanors... some can be dropped altogether.

These single use packets are quite popular now for supplements and even those "hydration enhancers." Every time we go camping or on vacation with friends someone brings them swearing we all need to take them.

The supplement industry really has come a long way in convincing people they need to be pouring some powder into and onto everything they consume.
