    That’s a bit unfair. You can’t penalize him for having really good QBs. Dak & Alex were not highly sought after coming out of HS …and he did have some success with Franks. I think there are very few coaches that could have pulled off a 10-3 season with that 2018 roster.

    he can maximize talent due to scheme. Evaluations of talent and recruiting them are what led to his downfall. I mean he make Kyle Pitts’s a top 5 pick and cannot recruit a good WR after that….you kidding me?

    Its almost always the great players. Great coaches tend to get beat if they dont have the more talented roster.
