Why did he only play 4 games at a place that desperately needed good Defensive help? Injury?

 

I’m not sure but I believe he was injured most of the year. I also think he considered UF for a while before jumping into the sewer.

They literally cannot afford to fire their coach. They have had mass exodus at key positions. They were not good last year or the year before. What good proven player would want to sign on to that sinking ship?

Can probably get Napier cheap next year. P5 experience, methodical program builder from the basement to 3rd step up before ground level.

Maybe after he has 50 mil or so in the bank, his conscience will make him take a smaller buyout. I dont think i could blow in the wind like that if i was financially secure. Its has to be embarrassing but some people have no pride i guess.

 

He's not afraid to embarrass his employer, so I dont see him finding a conscience.
