He is not crying, he sees it for what it is......And I will tell you another thing, it is actions like this that are going to get Trump elected. Judges trying to keep Trump in court so he can't campaign is a stupid play. Even the dumbest Dumbocrats will see right through this.

Have you not seen Trump on the campaign trail bumbling, rambling, calling people by the wrong names, and mixing up all kinds of shit? This judge is doing him a huge favor keeping him from embarrassing himself further on the campaign trail.

These "dumbest Dumbocrats" are likely more intelligent and better educated than you. They see Trump for what he really is.

Where does this whole "these indictments and trials will actually help Trump" thing come from? Do people really think there are undecided voters out there who will go "Geez, I'm really torn but it's just so unfair what's happening with Donald Trump. Let's make him President."

Have any of you hired people before? Do you consider it a positive thing if one of your applicants is facing a slew of felony charges? Do you give them preference out of pity?

Yet they can't see the endless witch hunts for what they are.....When about half of the lefts anti Trump firepower over the years has been on the word of a pornstar/whore who has a record a mile long and a reputation about 5 miles long and the other half was based on a fake dossier about Russian hookers peeing on beds. Oh there is no reason to mention things like a raid on Mar a Lago while ignoring findings in Biden's garage and all the other bull shit.

It is interesting watching people try to frame reality to meet their needs. For example, he is currently indicted because of his actions in regards to that pornstar, in which he is alleged to have chosen to falsify records in order to pay her off. This is largely based on the guilty plea by his lawyer at the time (who, it should be noted, he hired). Why do you think he directed his lawyer to do that?

Thank goodness for Trump. Going on trial to fight for all our rights to sleep with porn stars and then pay then to keep silent, illegally, by using campaign finances. I'm shocked this right isn't enshrined in the Constitution, and anyone who believes we shouldn't have this right is clearly engaging in campaign interference! And, we should also have the right to interfere with election results we don't agree with, and take whatever classified docs we want! To say otherwise is a clear case of campaign interference too! Witch hunt!

It's definitely election interference. From 2016 of course when he tried to pay her off to prevent the affair from leaking to the press

Is this the right thread for the hush money trial?

None of my business but seems like it should have it's own thread, given how historic it is.

Anywhoo....I think Trump should attend Barron's graduation. A son only graduates once.

What would the judge do.....fine and/or arrest him?

    Just my NSHO.....:)

judge is keeping Trump in court because that is the law and at least this judge seems to recognize that djt is not above the law. buckle up, it is about to get worse when the contempt hearing occurs on Wednesday. djt has already clearly violated the gag order multiple times. there is a reason djt has been fighting so hard to stay out of court, the law is not on his side and he is guilty of so much

not just her but the playboy model too. the guilt is going to be easy to prove. djt only hope is that the jury finds him guilty of lesser charges than the felonies he is charged with

Do you not understand that a criminal defendant is required to show up for his trial? If you don't, they revoke your bail. That's how it works for everybody else in our criminal legal system. Why do you think Donald Trump is above the rules that govern all others?

Above the rules shit...the rules have been rewritten for Trump. You know as well as I do that if Stormy Daniels had claimed me or you had an affair with her nobody would care.

It's not illegal to have an affair. And no, the rules weren't "rewritten for Trump." Criminal defendants are required to show up for their trials. You can do all the mental gymnastics you want. That reality isn't changing.
