Biden's PC were he claimed that Robert Hur brought up Beau's death. The Easter Bunny having to pull Biden away for a reporter. SNL made a skit about how much the WH was hiding Biden while saying he was doing backflips. Those are just off the top of my head. It was pretty clear that Biden was not well and you did not have to have a medical degree to see it. If you have dealt with an aging parent, you know what that looks like.
Trump has probably lost a step or two, but I think most of his "flubs" are the result of intentional misrepresentations rather than senility.
