What you see in the video is severe enough. Vandalism of a Federal building over $1,000 could result 10 years in prison.
Not to mention the disruption it caused, the possible escalation of violence it represents and the lack of immediate response from law enforcement.

The person who threw the rock looks to be grabbing a gun out of his pants before he's tackled. The object flies out and lands on the sidewalk.

If that's your bar to send in the military then better get used to living in a militaristic police state.

    What does this even mean?
I am not happy with idiots of either side of the political spectrum.
Why would I need my family harmed?
You’re the one okay with damage to peoples lives…you said so.

Texas called up their national guard without anything even happening.

Good for you, I guess. If there's nothing that could get you to riot, you probably dont believe in anything.

Strange that people are getting arrested in these peaceful protests

What is your reaction to Donald Trump saying he is going to change his administration's policy toward immigration because it's hurting certain American industries, essentially admitting that some undocumented workers are going to be allowed to stay in the US?

    Wow. Interesting take.
I have a family and I can’t think of anything that would make me lose them by putting myself in unnecessary risk.
Rioting and associating with that crowd is an unnecessary risk. I try to avoid interaction with those who have nothing to lose.

If some people from the government took your family, you would be out on the streets, guaranteed. You would be one of those people with nothing to lose. That's the point I was making.

    My family wouldn’t get taken.
My family aren’t idiots and we don’t participate in illegal activities. But if something did happen… I’d pick up the phone and work those channels instead of acting like an animal.
    So no.

Some of them are kids dude, you don't need armed and mask government thugs raiding schools and churches. Breaking up families. People who've had their legal status revoked on the whim of the government. Its not the way, and its not even close to the punishment fitting the "crime" of crossing an invisible line just to live a normal life. If you are more upset about someone here "illegally" doing no harm to anyone than them being grabbed at their places of work without warrant or warning to scare people and send a message and violating all sorts of rights in the process, that's a you problem.
