Don't try and make this about the police. This is about presidential overreach, and calling out the National Guard and the friggin' Marines. Once again, Corporal Bonespurs trying to bask in reflected glory.

Gosh, isn’t that a bit like asking about the last time someone was in a Blockbuster?

This is Cadet Bonespurs' wetdream. He gets to deflect from his girl-fight with Elmo, gets to pretend to be tough on immigration and crime, and gets to frame his obvious impending failure to "solve" illegal immigration as some kind of fight against the "left."

As usual, it's all about the carnival barker finding a way not to help our country, but to create a fight to deflect from his own failure and cast blame elsewhere.

    True leadership.

That and practically begging for a pretext for a crackdown. His base would love that.

Arrest them all, process them. Protests on roads are unacceptable. Riots are unacceptable. Trump isn't tough enough, bring the entire federal law enforcement workforce to LA and clean them out.

    Mission nearly accomplished for Trump.

Just need some real bullets to start flying.

So long and thanks for all the fish.

    Bottom of a pint glass
The same people that say this is the wrong way to protest also ran Colin Kaepernick out of the NFL for kneeling. So I take their opinion with a dead sea level of salt.

There’s never a right way for some people unless it’s totally invisible or involves pooping on Nancy Pelosi’s desk while live streaming their crime

Trump really is not very smart, and he assumes his zealots are all equally stupid.

    1) if true as reported, in a quick review of them, none. Good job locking them up. Great, arrest the criminals. But raiding Home Depots & business and sweeping up everyone is what started the chaos in LA. Who here said don't arrest criminals?

    2) But IF that is true as they show it.
I take anything from this admin with a big grain of salt. Trump and his team make up a lot of bs.
