Maybe this is representative of the fear Sotomayor has. Seeking immediate bypass reviews and whatnot?

It's been a long time since I looked into this but isn't an editorial an opinion and not factual reporting?

I don't understand why people don't see him for what he is.

Or maybe worse, they do and that's why they support him?

This is a dark time in America.

I’m referring to Rick’s statement that “The phony Russia collusion was completely invented by Hillary... the DNC... Christopher Steele... the News agencies... House Dems on talk-shows... McCabe...ComeyBrennan... Clapper... and the FBI.”

That would be pretty easy to disprove by a preponderance.

They shared campaign strategy and private polling data with Russian agents. That's collusion and its traitorous.

The Russians would not cooperate with the Mueller investigation and could not be compelled to so they could not prove conspiracy charges in a court case, but that is still very clearly collusion. Of course, there is also the Trump Tower meeting where they were attempting to get HRC emails from the Russians, followed by the debacle where Stone obstructed justice and threatened the lives of a witness and his dog.

It is exceptionally dishonest for anyone who has paid attention to the facts, to claim there was no collusion.

Of course alternate facts rule in the Trump kingdom. There are a lot of people brainwashed by intentional disinformation campaigns from the Trump administration, the Russians and right wing media (huge overlap there), who choose to believe the lies.

If any Dem campaign had done the same as the Trump campaign, Pubs would be coming for them with ropes in hand for that traitorous behavior.

Not only did he win the election, if a quantitative metric is used the revenue and profits of the Trump Organization almost certainly increased after Trump won the election.

They do knowingly lie all the time but this probably gets tossed down the line since he is the POTUS.

Who are we kidding? If they could get away with it, the press would have to run every article through a Trump approved editing office for approval (btw we already have a version of that on fox)

Everything Trump does is for marketing the Trump brand. This too.

Ah, the way it was worded I thought you were saying Trump could easily prove one part of the claim.

Agree about that the press knowingly lies about Trump all the time but why would he sue since Fox News almost always says something favorable about Trump.

The lawsuits against both the Post and the Times are nothing more than political stunts. The only question at this time is whether either or both will actually go to trial.

Not a question. Definitive answer is “no.” Beyond the merits of the case being nill, it would mean discovery has occurred and Trump sat for depositions.
