I know people hate math but by my calculations, isn’t that 100%? Can’t get any higher than that.

I see this “mandate” concept is one of the official stances of the White House.

Trump and his aides push back

The Trump administration has resisted these odes to process as overwrought and unrealistic. Trump and his aides say voters elected him to cast out immigrants in the country illegally. That electoral mandate deserves virtually unlimited weight, they say.

“Over 77 million Americans gave President Trump a resounding Election Day mandate to enforce our immigration laws and mass deport criminal illegal aliens,” said White House spokesperson Kush Desai. “The Trump administration is using every power endowed to the Executive Branch by the Constitution and Congress, such as Expedited Removal, to deliver on this mandate.”

Turns out the executive branch doesn't have authority over the legislative branch. Who knew?

After terminating the head of the library of congress with no authority to do so, he appointed three people, two of which showed up for work and were escorted off the premises, as they should have been.

Trump’s Attempted Library of Congress Takeover Thwarted as Two of His Appointees Were ‘Escorted Off the Premises’: CBS News

President Donald Trump’s attempt to put his own people in place at the Library of Congress hit a wall in dramatic fashion Monday after two of his newly appointed officials were “escorted off the premises,” according to CBS News.

The reports followed Trump’s abrupt firing on Friday of Dr. Carla Hayden, who’d served as Librarian of Congress since 2016, and his Monday appointment of Todd Blanche – his former hush money trial attorney – as acting Librarian. The White House claimed Hayden was ousted for pushing diversity efforts and allowing “inappropriate books” in the collection.

“We don’t believe that she was serving the interests of the American taxpayer well, so she has been removed from her position,” said White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt. “The President is well within his rights to do that.”

Except the Library of Congress is not part of the executive branch — it’s under the legislative branch.
