I'm pretty sure they just mis-heard Blondie. She said he had
chronic penis insufficiency.

 

So is any blood flow at all getting to the lump between Trump's ears?

 

That should be on billboards across the country. It would be a nice public service announcement, and it would help people admire Trump, although it might be confusing to the MAGA fans as to whether they should worship an image of Trump that is slightly distorted.

 

I assume that this condition is a result of the bone spurs he had in his feet that prevented him from registering for the draft.

 

Every time I glance at this thread title the words 'Trump', 'chronic' and 'insufficiency' make me chuckle. They just go together. Trump has so many chronic insufficiencies: decency, honesty, empathy, knowledge, humility... the list goes on and on.
