I hope you realize that the 40% transshipping is on goods shipped by China through Vietnam.

Gee, I've been waiting for the inflation to show up. March = No, April No, May = No, June = No. It's a lot like crying wolf so much so nobody listens to this line anymore, well, except Jerome Powell.

 

Too be fair, given that many companies front-loaded purchases to avoid tariffs, and Trump TACOing on many of his silly tariffs ..... we can expect a small delay on the inflation.

 

Unless the tariffs are removed, it's a common sense matter of when, not if, prices start to rise and you're making it a lot harder on yourself to pivot and blame Biden when it does happen (although we all inevitably know you'll try).
