Getting "access denied" from the app, can still enter from internet. This has been happening since the "move". I tried uninstall/reinstall, no help. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Sounds like an account or firewall related issue. Did you sign out of your account and try to log back in? BTW per the announcement we are going to move, we haven't done so yet. Ray
Just happened again, had to enter through chrome on the Web where I got a simplified version. Got out went back to the app, all is ok???
