Yep. And it was epic! Don't think I've ever seen a fanbase talk so much shit and get so completely shut up.

 

Nobody was on ESPN crying and saying Nebraska shouldn't even be there or that they were utterly inferior and would get run off the field.

 

Who cares? Their era is shit.

I've said it before and I stand by it. We could win 10 NC's in the current era and none of them would come close to any of the 3 we've already won for me. It's just NFL lite now.

 

When Fred was playing college ball, we owned the SEC and Bama was our bitch along with every other team in the SEC. Fred won multiple SEC championships and a National Championship (CJ Stroud won nothing). CJ Stroud needs to shut his mouth and bow down to greatness when in the presence of Fred Taylor.

Stroud led a stacked team and still didn’t win shit. Fred should have showed him his ring. He won a ring, unlike Stroud who only went to a school that won one over a decade ago.

 

Fred will also be put in the Hall Of Fame soon. Stroud has a long way to go before he ever matches that resume. He can ask any question he want and just be glad he was willing to ask you a question.

So... I'll try to keep this brief. My company has multiple offices in Ohio; the CEO was there. Before the OSU game, one of the guys in our Orlando office sent out a company wide email that said "Go Gators". This OSU dick replied with a lengthy email that stated, among many other things, that everyone in the SEC was a toothless, brain dead redneck, that our football teams sucked, and most SEC games ended when a possum wandered across the field and the fans all rioted to see who could catch it for dinner, etc., etc.

Welp, post game, the UF grads in Florida got an email from our CEO (who was a UVA grad, hated OSU, and spent most of his time in Florida because he hated Ohio) saying that said OSU dick was coming to Florida to meet us. So OSU dick showed up in Orlando, Tally, Ft. Myers and Naples, walking office to office. I had him on tenterhooks for 30 minutes while politely insulting him and OSU, particularly working over the "buckeye" name; there's a lot to work with there!! I couldn't tell which he would do first: crap his britches, throw up, or have a stroke. Ha ha ha.

Such a delightful experience.

 

I think Harbaugh's comment about Day being born on 3rd base is accurate and has a lot to do with why that kid never won a title.

 

Ya shoulda taken him out for a nice possum lunch!
