Over Trump? Yes, without a doubt
Cover depicts a guy that has a lot of work ahead of him and moving into an area that was just overrun by traitors and vandals. It is accurate, sorry it triggers you.
that’s insane talk, but that’s what makes America great.
No, the country isn't ablaze. But Biden is facing a worse situation than any recent president. Certainly what Trump is handing him is far worse than Trump inherited from Obama.
Biden Is Inheriting One Of The Worst Economies In Recent History—These 5 Numbers Show How Much He Needs To Fix
Well, she did win the popular vote. I guess majority of the country is insane.
Nope, Trump's Space Force hadn't become operational, the sky remains safe.
I would say half is crazy then the other half is crazier.
Rising unemployment? It’s just over 6%.
6.7 to be exact. It's been dropping since it peaked in May, but the rate it's been dropping is declining. December's rate was the same as November's and only .2 points below October's.
So it’s not rising. Which means he was exaggerating or fabricating stats to make it appear job loss is worse than it is to make poor Joe’s uphill climb so monumentally difficult. How Trump like. And 6.7% for the “worst period of modern US history” seems pretty good. Lol.
His quote was:
do you disagree?
FDR probably ... depending on definition of 'modern times.'
I absolutely do disagree.
We know what the pandemic is. The market is at an all time high. The economy despite it is pretty strong. We are in no wars. People are spoiled as hell if they think our country is in real crisis. His biggest obstacle which wasn’t even listed is China.
Mit your glued to social media you’d think we’re in the middle of Armageddon (S.M is his second biggest hurdle)
did you read the Forbes story?
I didn’t see one. I didn’t read the whole thread.
The pandemic is a real crisis. There are 9 million people still without a job and the jobs trend over the past six months is heading on a downward trajectory with last month a net loss of 141k jobs. Plus, the stock market is a dubious indicator of economic health.
But we know what "it is", so it isn't a big deal. As long as we know what it is, it's the same as sprinkling it with magic pixie dust.
I want to give you an agree and a come on man
It is just so refreshing to have people do their jobs and not be arses
When he took office it was at 4.7%. I would say that going from 4.7% to 6.7% is a move in the wrong direction.
The market is not the economy. Through the first 15 quarters, Trump's administration has an annualized GDP growth rate of about 1%. If he can get another 30% growth quarter out of Q4, he could finish with something like 2.8%. Most estimates are for something closer to 4-7%. Which would leave him under 1.5% GDP growth for his administration (annualized). I'm not sure if I would characterize that as a pretty strong economy (the GOP certainly didn't when Obama had higher numbers than that).
And since you brought up China, Trump increased our trade deficit with them. His trade war cost more than it accomplished.
Is it fawning or just breathing in some fresh air?
