Very surprising news. Did this guy really do anything for the school or football program?
The only virgin who puts a smile on my face.
From the Circle of Trust to the Ring of Honor. Congrats Timmy!
Tim Tebow Named to UF's Ring of Honor - Florida Gators
What a terrible distraction for him, playing that baseball all star game tonight in Trenton, N.J.

Mrs. Tebow spoke with TMZ. She said Timmy can't sing.
I feel you. I thought the ROH was reserved for football players. I guess baseball players are now being inducted.

Not a bad week.
He already has a statue outside. Ring is deserved.
Agree. I assumed he wasn't in yet because the crteria was ten years away from UF. But, I now see that it is only five years. So, Urban is eligible now too.

Nice catch with Miss Universe
OP-thanks for posting...much appreciated.
The Tebow years were extraordinarily satisfying. Watching him was so freaking exciting. Obviously the whole team he was on was exceptional too. But the fact he ended up a Gator (our Gator star) made it even sweeter. How often does someone like that even come along? I mean not only the player-the human being?
I remember way back in the day waiting to see Led Zeppelin come on stage was soooo exciting. Waiting to see Tim Tebow do his thing was equally exciting. We were bludgeoned with anticipatory anxiety of a good kind. And when he was out there-you didn't want it to end. Then... I didn't want it to end in Denver, and then along comes one of the best ever to take over for him. Horse teeth got his guy. Now... I impatiently await his rise in the minors. Maybe he'll make the majors. Maybe not.
But how fortunate are we? We are alums and us Gator fans have shared the glory and great moments together. We'll always have those memories. And other Gator greats will emerge. But it is hard to imagine we'll never have another Tebow...
He may end up being an announcer and settle in there. He may end up being a politician someday. He might have a career in Baseball. I'll always follow him and I'll always be a fan. Kind of feeling nostalgic.
It's great to-be a Florida Gator.
Exactly what I was thinking, what's up with that?
