I was just looking back at some of the Gator's OOC opponents, and we knew early that it would be a tough schedule, but at least right now, it is looking tougher than expected. Listed by rank in Conference separately for Bigger and Smaller Power Teams:
    Bigger
Cincinnati - 1st Am Athletic, with a 2 game lead on Wichita State & Houston - RPI 10
Loyola Chi - 1st Missou Valley - 2 game lead on So Ill, - RPI 52
Gonzaga - 1st place tie with St. Mary's in West Coast, 4 game lead on BYU - RPI 29
    Clemson - 2nd place ACC - 2 games behind Virginia - RPI 4
    Duke - 3rd place ACC - 1 game behind Clemson - RPI 9
    Stanford - 9th place Pac 12 - 3 games behind Arizona - RPI 94
    FSU - 10th place ACC - 6 games behind Virginia - RPI 43
    Smaller
New Hamp - 5th place in Am East, 6 games behind Vermont - RPI 298
    N Florida - 5th place Atlantic Sun - 6 games behind FGCU - RPI 216
    Gardner-Webb - 3way tie for 5th in Big South - 4 games behind UNC-Ash - RPI 257
Incarnate Word - Tied for last in Southland - 10 games behind Nichols State - RPI 348
James Madison - Last in Colonial Athlet - 6 games behind Charleston - RPI 291

Unsurprisingly, the 5 smaller schools power-wise all have RPIs over 200, while, among the 7 Bigger ones, aside from Stanford, all have an RPI of 50 or below and 3 are leading their Conferences, or 25% of the Gator's OOC opponents with 1 loss (Loyola) and 2 victs (Zags & Bearcats) on the record. Unfortunately, 0-3 against the EVIL ACC! Note that I didn't include Baylor due to it's location in the schedule.

Hopefully this tough OOC schedule will help us get seeded higher than the "eye test" would suggest.
