    Stupid thread.

The game plan was great. No football team can beat another that plays perfectly unless you do too.

Trask’s bad pick ended any chance we had.

Nobody said Mullen wanted to throw a pick.

So quick to blame players but worship Coaches? Now a days that is the trend to blame 18 year old to one bad play but making lots of amazing quick reads and passes we attribute to Game plan and great coaches

Only 1.5 years for the offense? I’m thinking back to 2009 and that year felt painful from offensive production no rhythm

Great points on the DL reasonable progress this year would be north of 10 regular season wins at that point the margin for error is very small. That is the rarefied air of college football today

I have never understood the need to assign absolute blame to a person or a few people after every loss. You nailed my thoughts with your post. The LSU and Burrow hype, which I was not ready to believe was not hype but reality and the environment was as tough as you can find in college football. We are coming up on the two year anniversary of having a coach, who was far from an ambassador for our program, alleging death threats leading up to one of our worse performances ever. This was a measuring stick game and we are still not quite where we want to be, but comparing how we measured up to Georgia two years ago, I like the progress and credit it to Mullen who is an outstanding ambassador for the program.

Much as the OP was not “a heads should roll” post, my post is not taking shots at anyone but rather giving credit for the programs progress.

Or how about magic your two all sec DL healthy. No Zuniga or Greenard. Changes you’re whole game plan. Pressure Burrow? He picks you apart. Drop 7? He carves you up. Missing those two changes everything on D. See Auburn defensive game plan for results.

3rd and 1 that’s a straight run play w Emory and Perine. You take no chance of turning that over in right space like the red zone.

No Zuniga and no Greenard changed everything. They weren’t frightened. Missing your two all world DL screwed up the plan. TG wanted to pressure with 4 and drop 7. Just like Auburn. That went out the window.

Thank you!! Trask played a great game.

Tough to blame 18-22 year old kids.

Team loss, no one person, no one group. Every questionable action could have worked, and if it did, a W

Do you mean that we were in the game almost all the way? That we went below for blow against maybe the top-ranked team in the nation at their home field? Do you mean that we took probably the least talented team in the top 10 outside of Wisconsin and did the gator Nation proud? Okay then.

Again...bad calls happen both ways but given they weren't called for one hold.

They did have a PI called I believe

Nice recap, I’ll add this when is the last time we were in game where we had to score drive for drive in the 40s to keep pace, on top of that each drive starts on the -25 yd line EVERY time. Yes CDM is working wonders and last nights play will energize our recruiting players want development, exposure, the opportunity win, and win meaningful hardware. CDM checks all the above and players will flow into the program over the next number of years.

Carolina could potentially be down to their third string QB for that game, and he’s gimpy as it is. If they carve us up, we have serious problems. I’m more worried about stopping their run, and our team’s mental recovery to a loss like this.

Post the entire play the holding occurred from the moment Cleveland crossed the LOS 10-15 yds of opportunity for the side judge to call the penalty

See last year's Missouri game. Cannot let that happen against S. Carolina.

Yes. The still frame does not do it justice. The entire route was held. It is inexcusable not to call that.
