The weirdest MLB season ever is about to start. Here's how baseball in 2020 could play out

Don’t hold your breath too long. Hypocrisy is killing pro sports. Now thT Winston is gone from the bucs I thought about watching them again.... NOT NOW!!!

Provided they can keep players healthy (which I have my doubts) it should be quite a season.

I am looking forward to 2 things in particular

    1) extra innings beginning with a man on second, I believe the player that made the last out in the prior inning, will take that base. It sort of reminds me of college football overtime, I imagine teams will have strategies on making sure they get at least that run to score, depending if they are the home or away team.
    2) enforcement of the no spitting/gum chewing/ go to the mouth rule. Who will be the first to be thrown out?

MLB was the first Pro Sport to alienate me. First the strike shortened season in '81, then the lockout cancelled season in '94 - I was livid when the season got aborted!!! Sh!!!!!tttttt!!!! I pretty much shut down my love of baseball after that!

There were some early discussions about setting up league or divisional bubbles in selected cities, but that never panned out.

Me, too. Then Sosa and McGuire got me going again, then steroids pushed me away, but, baseball is the sport I played and I just can't stay away from it for long. At least my favorite team's players didn't kneel against the national anthem on opening day, just two base coaches. I guess I can never root for those two coaches again, so, I'm still good. ;)
