    Right here
Clearly. And when the next president decides to allow funding only for universities that teach that our nation was founded on racism, the precedent will be equally clear.

Discriminatory? It's NOT a right to get into an American college or university, especially for foreign students. The arbitrary nature of how many of these universities pick students, right now, seems to be less about grades and more about... something else. If you want to call in discriminatory then so be it.

Why the hail does Harvard need to offer remedial math classes? I'm pretty sure they used to have a pretty high SAT score (standard) just to get in. What changed?

BOSTON, May 29 (Reuters) - A federal judge said on Thursday she would extend an order blocking President Donald Trump's administration from immediately revoking Harvard University's ability to enroll international students, a victory for the Ivy League school that is entangled in multiple battles with the administration.
U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs in Boston announced her intention to issue a preliminary injunction, six days after she first granted Harvard a temporary order blocking the Trump administration's move.

A post from a supporter of the current president who invited anti-Semites to a dinner he hosted at his version of the Palace of Versailles in Palm Beach.
Extremists React to Trump Dinner with Ye and Nick Fuentes

Giving Trump credit where credit is due his attack on Harvard managed to reconcile pro-Palestinian students and pro-Israeli Jewish students at the university.
Trump’s Attacks Have Helped Heal a Deeply Divided Harvard
A leading pro-Palestinian student demonstrator led chants for a crowd of hundreds gathered in front of the gates to Harvard Yard on Tuesday evening.
A former Jewish leader on campus who has criticized pro-Palestinian campus activism delivered the first speech.

A professor who is one of Harvard’s most prominent critics then joined them to urge people to defend the university.

While some students and faculty members remain critical of Harvard, the rally on Tuesday seemed to capture the prevailing mood on campus. A new group, formed to oppose Trump administration demands, organized the event as a show of support for Harvard’s international students.

Jacob M. Miller, who in 2023 served as the student president of Harvard’s Hillel chapter, a center for Jewish life on campus, frequently appeared on national television after the 2023 Hamas attack on Israel to say Harvard’s administration was not doing enough to combat antisemitism. At the rally on Tuesday, he said Harvard’s Jewish community rejects the Trump administration’s narrative that the federal government’s actions are intended to protect Jewish students.

I would add that UF also offers remedial math classes.

By the way here's an article on the subject.

this is disturbing to me that they are bending hte knee and leaving Harvard to stand alone. It is exactly what a bully wants

cut university funding to give billionaires tax breaks

Universities quietly negotiating with White House aide to try to avoid Harvard’s fate, source says

College and university leaders have been privately negotiating with a deputy to top Trump aide Stephen Miller in hopes of avoiding the same aggressive targeting of Harvard University, a person familiar with the matter said, as the administration looks to escalate its attacks on the Ivy League institution and other schools.

The higher education leaders, who have had granular conversations with senior White House policy strategist May Mailman in recent weeks, are asking what signals they need to send to stay out of the administration’s crosshairs, the person said. Mailman works closely with Miller – an architect of the administration’s strategy to target colleges over concerns they are not sufficiently policing alleged antisemitism on their campuses.

In turn, a White House official said the administration is relaying to the leaders that “the money simply cannot and will not flow unabated as it has been – and that the universities are incubators of discrimination and the taxpayer cannot support that.”
