I have been a Mullen supporter for the last two years, but i have change my mind after tonight pathetic showing. UF needs to complete clean house including Mullen and Monday will be too late for it.
I bet he blames it all on the flu and will take no responsibility for this debacle against a really bad team who barely beat Vandy 21-20. I think many coaches and players have already quit on the team and are planning for where they'll be next year.
One game shouldn't change your mind but welcome anyways. All of these signs have been there all year, it was all in the tape.
Agreed. Tonight is when you blow a team like Carolina out to show you're serious about being HC at Florida.
Leave everyone in Columbia. Don’t even let them get on the plane. If they ever show up in Gainesville again, arrest them.
He will look at us like we're idiots and we didn't know that the whole team was playing with the flu and then maybe pull out some arcane stat that we were better at tonight. A narcissist's personality does not allow them to be wrong and especially not inadequate. Ever.
It’s obvious that the players are not being taught the basics……like tackling and securing the football. That’s coaching, and it’s clearly not being done. I lost respect for Mullen earlier in the season when with one minute left in the first half and 3 timeouts, he used none of them and didn’t even make any effort to show he cared about winning. Say what you want about Muschamp, but at least he had the fire in his belly and showed his PASSION for wanting to win. I don’t see even a hint of that with Mullen.
Can you imagine monday comes, news hits that we have fired Mullen and our new interim HC is none other than……… Greg Knox!!!!
This has a 2013 feel, the pumpers still blame injuries for that melt down but it wasn't that, it was a team that quit, same thing is happening here, coaches are lost and the team has quit.
20 point favorite to a team that barely beat vandy, SC only SEC win, with their third string quarterback. One of the worse offenses in the league and we look like a high school team. This reminds me of muschamps Missouri game where every time you thought it couldn’t get any worse it does.
I don't even know if a huge comeback would change anything. The team has quit on the coach. The defense can't stop a bad offense and the offense is offensive.
I was totally in Mullen’s court, but not anymore. He has load the team and their are just too many troubling signs. What eventuality must be done must be done immediately.
