I just read this a few minutes ago on MSN. It's an article from CNN. Wow!!! Great Googly Moogly!!! Can someone please provide a link to this? It appears Native American tribes have been given jurisdiction for purposes of federal criminal law over millions of acres of land in Eastern Oklahoma that includes the city of Tulsa. Oklahoma state laws will no longer apply but federal laws will. Will the Tribes claim ownership of this land? Can the tribes create their own state on this land?
