Recently something similar happened to me to what you described, although not in Texas but in California. My brother, who also struggles with mental health issues, had a crisis and the neighbors called the police. I didn’t want to press charges, but the officers told me directly that the law requires them to detain him regardless of my opinion. It was a shock, because I didn’t understand the procedure and had no idea what would happen next.

I called several bail bond companies I found online, but the only ones who responded immediately were Balboa Bail Bonds. They listened to me without interrupting, calmly explained the steps, what rights we had, and how we could resolve everything without hidden costs. In less than two hours, my brother was home, and I had all the necessary paperwork to continue the legal process without any surprises.

I believe that in situations like this, it’s essential to have the contact of a reliable company, because when things happen unexpectedly, every minute counts.
