Temperatures are expected to drop to 8 F in Dallas, and 18 F in Houston. Will Texas be ready this time, or will they freeze their asses off again? Will Ted Cruz show leadership by going on vacation in Mexico, or will he show leadership by going on vacation in the Caribbean? Will Texas' wind power be enough, or will Santa need to put brown coal in everyone's stockings to burn in their fireplaces?

Given the government's release today of more JFK assassination documents, Ted Cruz will be too busy to take off on vacation anywhere. He will be hunkering down to search through these documents for any evidence that his daddy did shoot JFK.

I hate it when there’s a bulge in the polar vortex.

The lowest I’m seeing is 18 in the 10 day forecast right now in DFW area. That’s cold but not unprecedented.

Media loves to hype extreme weather to no end. It’s a low hangin’ fruit, sort of like Elon’s bizalls that you all like so much!!

Yes, and this is why they think we don't know the reason why they changed their label of Global Warming to Climate Change. But it still does not answer why they haven't stopped global deforestation.

If these climate commies ever want to be taken seriously then they should find a way to stop global deforestation first.

You’re correct. As a native, listening to local weather in the summer they predict catastrophe from the regular summer thunderstorms we’ve had here every day from late June through September. It’s a bit exhausting
