How do you not attend this?
    It's an honor.
It certainly is T.O. being himself.

May as well attend and give everyone the finger at pulpit and leave.

On the bright side, at least no one will have to hear him run his mouth.

There are a lot of T.O. fans out there (somehow) who would love to go see him get inducted. I guess he will throw a private event, but he could have done that anyways. The media should give him Zero coverage so this doesn't become a trend. They won't though.

Maybe the SEC should have the policy for the Basketball tournament that if you don’t cut down the nets, you don’t get the trophy or banner.

I wasn't a fan of him until I learned about his upbringing. When you hear his story then it makes sense why he acts the way he does. Quite sad actually.

Eventually you have to take ownership of yourself, eventually. He deserves to be in the HOF because he was a beast of a football player, awful teammate but he was a very very good wr.

I'm not mad. He's taking the HOF process as seriously as they take themselves, and not giving voters the satisfaction of feeling like they're doing him a favor.

At WORST, he's the 3rd best at his position to ever play the game. He's had to wait THREE YEARS for reasons that had nothing to do with production. You couldn't keep a straight face if you told someone the 3rd best player of all time in their position, in any sport, would have to wait three freaking years to be inducted into their HOF.

2nd all time in yards and TDs, top 5 in catches....but got left off the ballot twice. Screw ‘em...let TO give a speech on his own terms and on his own time when he wants to.

If he really wants to stick it to them, he should just cut ties and not be inducted. Why screw them if you want to join them?

TO always seemed like a mentally unstable guy to me. Could definitely see him taking his own life in the future.

I am mostly in your camp, but it is a team game and he was an absolutely awful teammate, his contribution to the team wasn't commensurate with his on field production....in all likelihood...this is a gooey cheesy intangible, but given what I know of you I would assume you enjoy that type of thing....:p

This is bit much. He is actually supposed to be a fairly normal guy in his private life.

    I wouldn't bet more than 50 points. He's definitely not worth 308.
