Why not call out @Shade45 for doing the same thing?
    Can’t imagine why that is…

In another SCOTUS ruling late in the day, it has been affirmed that laws dating back to 1922 constitutionally allowed congress to assign tariff setting rights to the president. It was another 6-3 decision, but with a bipartisan split on this decision.

Breitbart Business Digest: The Supreme Court Just Torpedoed the Legal War on Tariffs

Those attempting to impede President Trump's ability to set tariffs has been stopped. If congress wants to pass a new law taking this presidential power away, the congress can do so.

This is the crux of the matter, which is a double edged sword. And while many seem convinced the power of the president should always supersede that of the judiciary, I don’t think either is a perfect solution. Permitting every regional justice to block every federal executive action indeed seems to vest too much power in the judiciary. Yet permitting the executive to take obviously illegal actions for months before it can be curbed is no ideal state either.

And as others have noted, every overstep is an invitation. Now that this door is open, it is certain that a liberal executive will soon walk through it to the chagrin of those celebrating this ruling today. As Hayek presciently noted:

For only by refraining from measures which they would not want used on themselves can the members of a majority forestall the adoption of such measures when they are in a minority.

Me thinks RedState and Breitbart are leaders in social programming of their readers. Russia is our friend, not the lefty, liberal Americans.

LOL! The looks on the faces of the CNN panelists are priceless:

Too bad CNN only averages 405,000 viewers at the end of May and falling due to their TDS coverage.

I'd agree except Trump has to clean up the Biden Office of the Presidency left behind after the democratic party lost the 2024 presidential election. The mess is considerable.

Follow up: A corpse did run in 2020. I don't think the American voters will ever make that mistake again. Joe Biden, the only person to win the presidency without ever leaving his basement.

President Newsom or whomever will have the exact same justification to clean up Trump’s mess. As always.

LOL! Newsome is just another Beto O'Rourke who the people of California did not have the sense to not elect him as governor, a position in which he has been a complete failure.

There is no acceptable whomever. The democratic party is toast in 2028 and as far out as one can see being they are so far to the left, communist, that they are 110% out of touch with the American people, common sense, and reality.

It's hilarious how you view the entire world through this lens. Like everything. Your entire life, every opinion shoved through the square hole of "did it own libs?".

The party who denies science, climate change, and whose president stared directly at a solar eclipse and thought stealth planes are actually invisible can’t claim to have common sense. Lol.

SCOTUS Judge Elena Kagan is a hypocrite?

She was against universal/nationwide injunctions before she was for them.

    I vote H Y P O C R I T E!

To borrow a mantra from our football program, it is never as good as it seems or as bad as it seems. The other party will always come back. Thankfully.

But my main point is that both sides always feel the same pressures and motivations. If party A feels justified by the previous actions of B, B will feel the same about A.
