   Just for clarification, in making my rankings, I looked exclusively at how each player performed in the relevant Final 4 year.

   understood. I did make my Hill and Harvey bench picks based on Harvey playing PF but know he didn't play there until the NBA (and some at SF). Can't blame a GM for dreaming, but rules are rules.
