Definitely weird, wonder if he was pushed out?
One every twenty years? Most teams would like that. How many programs have 5 or more?
What school wouldn’t be proud to be associated with hookers and cocaine?
sounds like the 90’s and 2000’s for me
I believe it was 1 in 30 I think from the original post
Yes but it did take us almost 100 years to get our first one And it’s ten 10 years since our last one. Yeah I hope we don’t have to wait 20 more years. This bama thing has cheapened championships and made some think they are easily attainable. SOS was one of the greatest if you ask me and he only got one. A few breaks and he could’ve had a couple more but I’d be happy if this year was an avg year for Mullen and he got us one in the next ten years.
That being said we’ve got 3 in 22. We shouldn’t go 20 years. If we do someone has missed on hires badly. There’s just too much talent in state
And that including the decade drought
True and we already botched the first decade. If Mullen is anywhere near SOS I’ll be ecstatic
The 2000 teens are calling.
Alabama qb Coach Enos to scum as OC.
How much did he develop Hurts and Tua? They came in and played as freshman which says talent rather than coaching to me. And hurts kind of regressed. Tua looked incredible most of the time but puzzlingly pedestrian at other times.
Also a big difference bw developing one position and developing an entire offensive scheme, implementing the strategy, AND calling the right plays.
Maybe a ploy to get Hurts. I
Their entire O is devoid major talent, especially along the OL. If they get JH it's a good thing he can run, because that's exactly the only way he'll survive.
According to their Rivals recruiting class last year there's plenty of offensive talent. They have 3 of the top 5 rated running backs from the 2018 class (Lorenzo Lingard, Asa Martin, Camron Davis), a 5-star WR in Mark Pope and 2 other 4-star WRs. The #1 tight end in the country in Brevin Jordan and another 4-star TE. Also a 4-star QB in Jarren Williams and 3 4-star offensive linemen. Lack of talent doesn't seem to be the issue, whiffing on coaching hires is. Manny Diaz' coaching tenure will essentially sink or swim with Dan Enos' ability to do something with that offense.
Mark recruited an 0 he will never coach
Impatient fans killed this class and are the problem
Richt was recruiting the way back but Cane pride wanted speed not accuracy
