Long way to go and short time to get there
not the update I was hoping for
Scorpio has other projects going on around town. Hope KSP is not on the back burner.
Can't imagine it would be...pretty high profile and time sensitive engagement. I'm sure they are on schedule, no reason not to be given no extreme weather or other issues. But visually it looks like a long way from completion and season is only about 5 months away
Is the actual playing surface remaining untouched?
Last pic I saw it was pretty messed up
I know next to nothing about construction, but it's always been my impression in observing buildings in the process of going up that they look like disaster areas for a loooong time, and then all of a sudden come together with what seems like shocking speed.
I hope the new sections don't force people to relocate. I sit with a great group of folks I've come to know. It seems like there will be fewer seats in a row (wider chairback seats) -- I hope the folks on the end don't just get pushed out. It would be easiest to just give everyone their same seat number and relocate those that no longer have a seat, but it would be better to take the time to factor in non-renewals and try to keep row order in tact.
Gators Getting a New Ballpark - Florida Gators
Baseball, softball and soccer fields are all in a similar area. Baseball stadium construction was starting in Fall 2018, so should be going on simultaneously. Mentions this in linked article for those who like to stay informed
We'll have to invite our new baseball neighbors over to welcome them to the neighborhood.
spoke to the uaa tix folks yesterday, still npo map for the new ksp he could only say that more season tix would be available but no time certain for them to go on sale
I see my seat -- only its not there!
Go by softball field occasionally. Every time I glance over at the citrus fields hoping to see some dirt scraping for Mac 2.0. No luck so far. Read the other day somewhere they are doing traffic studies and the impact reports on flows to Archer Road, blah, blah, blah.
Let's go! You're going to build it, start shoving fellas.
