How do you know Trump was “rich.” Define the term. Because he says he is rich? Have you seen his tax returns or financial statements to make this call? What is is asset-debt ratio? How much income dos his businesses generated to run his companies and for him personally? And Trump is not “fine” with anyone who disagrees with him. Truth tellers are punished.

Bernie would also take campaign donations from Bloomberg...

The only difference is... Bernie's the only one who's repeatedly expressed hatred for rich people...

You want to argue Trump wasn't rich before being president...

    Yeah... good luck with that...

Perhaps not as rich as he says he is, but rich, nonetheless...

Maybe he said it strictly for political expediency but Bloomberg is one of the few billionaires who supports recession of the 2017 tax cut legislation. It's safe to assume that none of the wealthy Trump contributors fall in that category.

We don't know because he knowingly, willingly, and intentionally refuses to disclose documents that can either prove or disprove this fact. He's a second generation RE developer where submitting documents is a standard in the normal course of business. SOP as it were. Intentionally refusing in certain cases can be called fraud, which depending on the circumstances is a crime. Not that I've ever seen that before. And as I've said a million times ad nauseum if your Average Joe can get it done, how can the leader of the free world and the president of OUR government not be ABLE to provide them??????

Yo Mr. President, Donald wants you to call him in Orlando. Or Anaheim.

So you're cool with misrepresentation and lying from the president of our government. Even if he didn't even have to misrep and lie. Umkay.

Where was I dishonest in pointing out that he misrepresents? I spent 3 decades exposing dishonesty and fraud. Just because a lot of people are cool with it doesn't change that it's dishonest. But what could I possibly know about RE guys being dishonest being in the RE biz? I suppose if I were in the travel biz I would have so much a better background. Trump logic at it's finest.

It was a question, not an accusation. I apologize that it came off appearing dishonest. That was not my intent.

If he stays in politics he will be.
Ask John Kerry and Nancy Pelosi.

We will never know. Because he is immune from fact checking. We have to take his word for it. And, his supporters are to blame because they have castrated Congress.

I think his post means that Pelosi and Kerry have accused him of profiting from his office. But, the post is not clear. I didn’t read it the way you do but see how it can be read that way.

Is it really the same thing though if farmers are providing a service or goods to others? (Providing crops, meat, dairty etc.)

What services are being provided by people on government programs and/or being provided free health care?

I haven't read into this on either side but I've heard about the socialism / farmer thing plenty of times. Am I reading into this wrong?
