I love The Big Lebowski (the Dude's response to Sam Elliott when Sam says maybe you shouldn't curse so much is perfect). And I'm not anti-eff-bomb, nor a holy roller, nor a tongues-speaking snake handler. But there is a saturation point at which it becomes tiresome.

Fauda is one we are now watching. Watch it in the native language with English subtitles.

It’s about the Israel / Arab conflict. Kind of brings awareness to what life has been like throughout the years (not always) over in the Middle East. Focuses on one Israeli special forces unit pursuing specific terrorists and the back and forth. Kind of focused on those character’s specific stories instead of the broader conflict. But it wasn’t released for international viewing in mind so they assume the audience knows a good bit about the conflict. So you may want to do a bit of research to know the history before watching.

I am not impressed with Israeli or Palestinian peace negotiators or political leadership whenit comes to resolving this crises.

Both sides are utter failures and seem to enjoy the endless cycle of murder and intimidation.

Perhaps the ultimate example of what "Not to Do" in statesmanship.

Is it a documentary or a theatrical movie?

The Real Fauda is a 2018 BBC documentary film that explores the background reality of the TV Series Fauda ('Chaos') to find the source of the Israeli TV thriller's popularity in Arab countries. ... The documentary delves into the secretive world of the real life operatives, and how closely the show mirrors the reality.

Fauda, which means "chaos" in Arabic, was developed by Avi Issacharoff and Lior Raz, based on their real-life experiences in the Israel Defense Forces, and produced by Yes Studios.

Fauda is a thriller, and it is really exciting. Do not watch the dubbed version. Watch it in the original Hebrew/Arabic and turn on the English closed captions.

It’s for real. If you like the fighting terrorism type of thrillers, you will like this one because it’s the most realistic one out there.

Fauda sounds like it might be awesome and I will check it out.

I liked The Spy with Sasha Baron Cohen. Don't think that it will be horrible just because he was in it. It is really good. And he is shockingly good in it.
