Curious to see what comes of this. I doubt this is just being done for show by NK.

It was released on Twitter... but only accessible to those who support their country more than their political party.

Care to share because the CBS guys are live on the air and they don't know what this "document" is.

The withholding of facts is VERY suspicious. What's the freaking hold up?

I’ve been watching, for almost an hour now, to the Q&A by President Trump with the media. He’s taking the time with them. They may not have been expecting all the time they are getting.

“I’ll do whatever it takes to make the world a safer place”.

Look, meeting is better than shooting at each other but this was just a photo op. Trump will need to show some follow up from an administration not known for follow up. He hasn’t written a legal document that hasn’t had serious flaws either.

These words from the SOS were missing:
“complete and verifiable and irreversible denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula”.

I’ll give him a chance to follow through but this isn’t an accomplishment yet. Remember the rights celebration of this? Yea me either:

History of US-North Korea deals shows hard part is making them stick

This seems to be an outstanding first step.

    Well done, Donald.

Text of what was agreed to (from the CNN link), along with committing to follow up negotiations:
Nothing binding or of particular note, but it's a first step between these two leaders.

Assuming follow up negotiations yield some actionable commitments, it will be interesting to see how far down the line of aiding NK's prosperity we go, before expecting to see some verifiable movement on denuclearization, and whatever a "peace regime" is.

    Big first step.

    Hopefully DPRK continues the course.
