Rubio says no regrets on his metamorphosis.

    Rubio's response:

Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Tuesday mounted a vociferous defense of the Trump administration’s foreign policy, as he clashed with Senate Democrats who accused him of abandoning his principles, trampling on the constitutional right to free speech, allowing refugees entry to the United States on the basis of race, and allowing children in Africa to starve to death — all in service to President Donald Trump, whom Rubio himself once called “a serious threat” to the nation’s future.

So strange that anyone (formerly) reputable would serve in any capacity with the felon Trump, after seeing the results from his first shambles of an administration.

Does Rubio think this will end well (for anyone besides Trump and his grifters)? Rubio will end up defending Trump's felonies, before being called (more) names.

It’s amazing that he feels comfortable wielding his ignorance as a defensive shield. I’d be embarrassed to display such a feat of apparent incompetency.

It looks like "Little Marco" reached the conclusion that the Republican Party has permanently transitioned from the Party of Reagan to the Party of Trump and it's not going back. Apparently Rubio has decided that ambition takes precedence over principle.

she nails it. How rubio totally surrendered on his core-beliefs. Or as ex-RNC chair Steele crudely stated it, Trump “punk the hell out of him.”
Many thought rubio had a stronger moral compass and pragmatism vs just reciting Trump/maga propaganda.
    His confirmation: 99-0.

Secretary of State would be a good way of doing that, but I wonder if it holds true for someone that has been completely emasculated in his role and flipped most of his core positions related to the role?

Imo 3.5 years is too far to project. Jeb, trump, desantis - a few examples of candidates that didn’t meet expectations by a large margin, either winning or losing, even 1 to 1.5 yrs out.

Sure. By being argumentative and not answering questions about his prior stance on numerous issues. Whatever floats his/your boat.

Chris Van Hollen is a bonified liberal idiot.
He actually claimed that we were deporting people based on their skin color.
When AOC moves to Cuba to continue the Castro's legacy, hopefully she can take Bernie & Chris with her.
