Those individuals will get their day in court. This is just a ruling to say the Trump Admin can start the process to discharge them. There's also a track record of the current regime of ignoring court orders that they don't like. Once those trans members are discharged that will be it for them regardless of what a court says.

You forgot the word temporarily in the title. I know how much accuracy is valued so maybe it should be amended. Cases are still moving forward and this is a temp ruling Supreme Court temporarily allows Trump to enforce transgender troop ban
I think this is the right decision, even if I disagree with the result. The military needs hard lined rules, IMO. Rules that affect morale and the ability to be fully focused and prepared. If there is anything that misaligns with the objective, it needs to be eliminated.
