RIP. Kinda afraid Apollo 13 today would just be like one of those Space X launches that ends in an explosion. Or NASA would tell the astronauts to use ChatGPT to find a solution because of budget cuts.
Ha, that’s sorta what they did in the “box of stuff” scene. But that was part of the artistic license. In reality they had already planned for that very scenario. Still, different from planning for worst case and actually executing under duress. Ed Harris’ haircut spot on though.
