Anyone else think Richardson will get the start? Seems to have that "it" factor... I know Mullen likes to play older guys and Emory has been here awhile...

But damn, Richardson made a great impression...

Emory will probably get the first snap but depth chart may very well have an OR between the two names.

I think Mullen just said “Emory is our starting QB.”

Love Mullen. This is his job for as long as he wants it, but he’s damned wrong.

No he won't based on Dan's response at the end. The reporter asked him that question and Dan looked at him like 'WTF are you talking about?'.

Why tip your hat. Week 3 will tell us exactly who our starter is.

Could we be seeing a bigger, faster Tebow with better passing skills? Need to see him throw 25-30 passes next week. I don't think we best Bama with Jones, just my thoughts have no idea but feel that way.

Ridiculous that you would start Emory. How obvious can it get? At least with the Franks/Trask issue, there was a downside to Trask (his inability to run) that was a strength of Franks. Emory looks like a dominated option (AR looked better at every element).

If Emory plays the whole game next week and is just “okay,” he’s playing against Bama.

No way Mullen is “hiding” Richardson for Bama without giving him lots of game reps against lesser competition. That’s suicide.

I don’t see AR becoming our starter in the next week or two, but I DO see him getting more playing time.

Better passing skills than Tebow? No. Not even better than Jones. He's still a project. Hopefully they both develop quickly this season.

Yeah he has the motor but he lacks the polish in the passing game.

Blasphemy. Please don't tell me you bought into the narrative that Tebow couldn't pass. He was an elite passer in college. I see nothing to suggest that AR15 is even in the same sentence as Tebow with respect to passing.
