His biggest issue, if he wants a more permanent gig, is his need to be another "3 and D" guy. For whatever reason, the NBA is not a "D" embracer. And for the big guys, if you aren't a stout dude who can prevent other stout dudes from backing you into the paint for an easy shot, you have to be prepared for weakside defensive assistance (both taking and giving) and a mid-range jumper to go with layup/dunks from pick and rolls.
