First.. he sounds like Elmer Fudd slurring away.

Second... if he were a lucid economist he'd know we werent expecting inflation in April from import tariff prices that arrive in June and after.

Third... he agrees that tariffs are taxes.. even while the Orange in Chief says they are not while shouting at Walmart.

Fourth... he has claims he brought key partners to the table with tailored deals.... then lists off minor to no changes these countries have agreed to without weighing the cost of those minor changes.. billions/trillions? Even he admits he doesnt know the real cost of these minor changes

Fifth... His whole entire segment was simply so high level and lacked so much specifics is laughable. He is spinning a narrative to people who like what he says. In fact from 5 minutes onward he spins a narrative that the tariffs are not the ends.. just a means. Trump disputes this every time he speaks and has zero stated goals besides implementing tariffs. This is a dude trying to make sense of nonsense for money he gets by telling you what you want to hear

That was my favorite part of the video. He restarted the FDR comparison at least two times: "He saw it wasn't working and then changed it...wow what a leader!!!"

 

Again, only the first two minutes were real. The rest was AI fabrication. This new world where anyone can spring into existence any video they want is annoying.
