First the feet (not his fault), then the helmet issues, and yesterday publicly dinging his GM on his IG account. What a headache. Ive been watching Hard Knocks and have to wonder how much of this stems from him having a camera on him 24x7.

After the crap he pulled in Pittsburgh I can't believe this is a shock to anyone, especially a GM who "vetted" him as a player to join his team.

I dont see any way Gruden lets that happen. He is probably pissed they are suspending him. Hes got a shiny new toy and knows that AB will help him win immediately. It will be interesting to hear what he has to say in his PC today.

I used to like AB because I thought he was pretty humble for an NFL star. Boy was I wrong!

    Gonna hijack this thread (maybe)...

So, who was the worse hire, Taggart or Gruden?

I am going with Gruden - the stakes are WAY higher - although Willie and FSU is WAY more fun!

Not sure why Gruden left the booth.

It has to do with a capital "S" with a vertical line, a nebulous number, and a LOT of zeros with a few commas thrown in. It really has to do with the Raiders' ownership. It is neck and neck with the Bucs'.

Some of these pro athletes that act like asses need to try a job in the real world for a year so they can appreciate what they have. This is the main reason I couldn't care less about pro sports.

AB is turning into a cluster f&@? signing. Imagine paying all that money expecting a team leader and getting a diva that is all about himself and cares little for team or chemistry. Lot like a QB that is more into social causes and drawing attention to himself instead of leading and winning.

I dont think the Raiders could have picked a worse time to be selected for the Hard Knocks show. Instead of showcasing a great guy like Carr - its been the AB diva show.

It's a shame the Raiders didn't get evicted from Oakland and had to play as nomads this year, it would fit them and everything they do.

If they cut him (for cause, which he certainly has given the Raiders) they save $30 million. They gave up a 3rd round draft pick next year, but that is a small price to pay for saving $30 million and ridding the team if a major diva/distraction.

Gruden may want him, but the Raiders are not a Super Bowl contender or even a playoff team with or without Antonio Brown. They are better off as a team without him.

But I’m not sure if Gruden is willing to admit his mistake. He’s a stubborn guy, and he forgot something. He is re-learning that coaching from the sidelines, and running a team, is much more difficult than criticizing from the booth.

I told my buddy who’s a niner fan that they really stepped in it this time. There’s nothing about ab that isn’t an absolute headache. My falcons have issues but the one thing they did right was Julio. That guys the most low maintenance superstar I’ve ever seen. In a world of yin and yang those two are at complete opposite ends of the spectrum
